Both males and females roam freely in a space roughly five times larger than that of standard cage-free poultry farming.

Our poultry farm is located in the mountainous area of Nishiawakura Village in northern Okayama Prefecture, surrounded by forest.

For the chicken feed, we create our own blends based primarily on locally produced rice and wheat, incorporating ingredients such as rice bran, okara (soy pulp) and green fodder.

The chickens drink crisp, cold water from the natural spring source.

The yolk is a lemon-yellow color. We do not artificially darken it with additives like paprika powder; the egg's natural color is one of its defining characteristics.
Regional Resource Circulation
and Landscape Creation
Starting from Poultry Farming
We raise chickens using fermented feed made from locally sourced rice and vegetables, and use the chicken manure as fertilizer to grow new crops. Through poultry farming, we are working toward resource circulation and landscape creation in our community.
We began farming in 2024 in Nishiawakura Village, a small community of 1,300 people in Okayama Prefecture, where we practice free-range poultry farming. Our chickens are raised on fermented feed blended in-house from local rice and vegetables.Subsequently, their manure is used as fertilizer to grow crops. We hope you enjoy our fresh, richly flavored eggs — a product of this small village's cycle of natural resources.
As a chef for thirty years, I have never encountered eggs so gentle and rich in depth. Before I knew it, I had been subscribing for a year, and I continue sending them to my parents, hoping they live long and healthy lives.

The reason the yolk is lemon yellow, the care for the chickens, the passion of the producers.Every time my subscription arrives, I want to show off and say "this is the one." Above all, they are delicious.

The egg has a gentle, subtle aroma and an elegant flavor. When enjoyed as egg over rice, the quality of the ingredients truly shines. The shells are also firm, which makes them great for boiled eggs as well.
