We used plenty of our Speckled Eggs (free-range fertilized eggs) to create our original mayonnaise, free of preservatives and chemical seasonings.

Dipping mayonnaise into speckled free-range fertilized eggs

This is our proud mayonnaise, which took six months from conception, with repeated trials to balance the acidity, sweetness, and saltiness, to achieve the desired flavor.

While retaining the gentle flavor characteristic of Speckled Eggs, its simple taste enhances ingredients and pairs well with any dish. We encourage you to try it first by dipping vegetables.
