We made sausages from natural venison that we harvested ourselves, with no added preservatives, colorings, or other unnecessary ingredients, so you can enjoy the venison's authentic flavor and taste.
Throughout Japan, damage to agricultural crops by deer is a problem in satoyama (rural landscapes), and many wild deer also live in our community. We believe that by acquiring hunting licenses, harvesting wild deer, and carefully butchering and processing the meat at a local facility, we can transform the "problem" of local deer into a natural "value" nurtured by the satoyama, delivering delicious ingredients to enrich our customers' tables.

Defrost in the refrigerator, remove the paper label, and place the vacuum-sealed pack directly into boiling water. Heat on low for about 5 minutes. It's delicious as is, but we also recommend browning it in a frying pan.
Alternatively, open the vacuum pack of defrosted sausages, place them in a lightly oiled frying pan, cover, and cook one side for about 3 minutes. Then, flip and cook for another 3 minutes for a delicious result.
Important Information
Typically, the best-before date for products delivered is guaranteed to be at least one month from the shipping date.
We raise our chickens on a fermented feed made directly from local rice, vegetables, and other ingredients, then use the chicken manure as fertilizer for new crops, building resource circulation and a shared landscape starting from poultry farming.
