[TENTEN's Free-Range Fertilized Eggs]
TENTEN's eggs are free-range fertilized eggs raised in a new chicken coop built on reclaimed farmland in the Tomosaka village of Nishiawakura, in the northeastern part of Okayama Prefecture. The chickens are fed a homemade fermented feed made primarily from unused local resources such as rice, barley, and vegetables, and are raised in a free-range environment where males and females coexist, allowing them to run around energetically within the coop without being confined to cages. These fertilized eggs have a clean taste that you won't get tired of, even if you eat them every day.

[Free-Range Fertilized Egg Mayonnaise]
We created our original mayonnaise using plenty of TENTEN's free-range fertilized eggs, without any preservatives or chemical seasonings.
This is our proud mayonnaise, perfected after many trials to balance acidity, sweetness, and saltiness to achieve the ideal flavor.
It retains the gentle flavor characteristic of TENTEN's eggs, with a rustic taste that complements any dish and enhances the ingredients. We recommend trying it first by dipping vegetables.
[Original Dashi Soy Sauce]
We highly recommend trying our proud eggs raw first, to fully appreciate their original flavor. To maximize the deliciousness of TENTEN's eggs, we developed an original dashi soy sauce specifically for "tamago kake gohan" (egg over rice).
With the help of Yamakawa Jozo in Gifu Prefecture, we created a soy sauce based on traditional wooden barrel-aged tamari soy sauce made from Gifu-grown soybeans, enhanced with bonito flakes from Yaizu and kombu dashi from Hokkaido. The savory aroma of the soy sauce and the mellow taste of the dashi perfectly complement the clean flavor of the eggs, making it ideal for tamago kake gohan.
