[Tensen Free-Range Fertilized Eggs]
Tensen eggs are free-range fertilized eggs raised in a newly built chicken coop that utilizes abandoned farmland in the Chisha village of Nishiawakura, located in the northeastern part of Okayama Prefecture. The chickens are fed a homemade fermented feed made primarily from unused local resources such as rice, barley, and vegetables, and are raised in a free-range environment where they can roam energetically within the coop without being confined to cages. The fertilized eggs, laid in a co-ed environment, have a clean taste and a deliciousness that you won't tire of, even if you eat them every day.

[Original Dashi Soy Sauce]
We highly recommend eating our proud eggs raw first to enjoy their original taste. To maximize the flavor of Tensen eggs, we have developed an original dashi soy sauce specifically for egg over rice.
With the help of Yamakawa Jozo in Gifu Prefecture, this soy sauce is made with traditional wooden barrel-brewed tamari soy sauce using Gifu-grown soybeans, enhanced with bonito flakes from Yaizu and kombu dashi from Hokkaido. The delicate flavor of the soy sauce and the mellow dashi perfectly complement the clean taste of the eggs, making it ideal for egg over rice.

[Fragrant Premium Striped Aonori]
To make your daily egg over rice even more enjoyable, we've also prepared fragrant striped aonori as a flavor accent.
"Suji Aonori" cultivated with sustainable techniques in the clean waters of Kochi Prefecture is characterized by its outstanding fresh aroma and is even called the "King of Fragrance" in the seaweed world. Since it is dried and packed while fresh, you will surely be surprised by the refreshing, authentic aroma of aonori that spreads when you open the package.
