Shipping Information

Products are shipped by room-temperature, refrigerated, or frozen delivery, depending on the product. Please check each product page for the applicable shipping method.

If you order both room-temperature and refrigerated products, they will be shipped together via refrigerated delivery whenever possible to reduce shipping costs and packaging.

Frozen products cannot be shipped together with room-temperature or refrigerated products.

We will make every effort to pack your order into a single box. However, if your order exceeds the capacity of our largest box, additional boxes may be required, resulting in extra shipping charges.

If additional shipping charges apply, we will recalculate the shipping fee after your order is placed and send you an email requesting payment for the additional shipping cost.

We offer gift wrapping (Noshingi) for gifts. You can choose from the following two types. Please specify the desired type, "Omotegaki" (item name on the Noshingi), and "Naire" (your name to be printed) in the remarks column on the cart screen.
・Musubikiri (Knot-tying)
・Chou-musubi (Bow-knot)
If you request Noshingi, it will be attached to the outer box (cardboard), wrapped in paper, and a shipping label or sticker will be applied. However, if you order the "Tenten's New Rice and Tamago Kake Gohan Set", the Noshingi will be attached directly to the gift box.


*Regarding Noshingi,
・If no type is specified, Chou-musubi will be used.
・If no "Omotegaki" is entered in the remarks column, a plain Noshingi will be used.
・If no name is entered, no name will be printed.


*If this is a gift, please be sure to enter the purchaser's information in the billing address. Please rest assured that the shipping label will bear the purchaser's information, not "Tenten Online Store," to ensure the gift is received correctly.
